About
Hunter Woodhart is a dedicated and skilled associate attorney at KC Real Estate Law. Hunter joined our team after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in May 2021. While attending law school, he demonstrated exceptional legal aptitude, obtaining two prestigious certificates in Business and Commercial Law and International Trade and Finance. His strong academic background also includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Kansas, where he graduated as a member of the distinguished LEAD Program (Legal Education Accelerated Degree).
Hunter is well-versed in a variety of areas within real estate law, including contract negotiation and drafting, lease review, zoning and land use, title and survey review, and real estate syndications. His commitment to excellence in his practice is evident through his active involvement in professional organizations and receipt of several accolades. Hunter previously served as the Treasurer of the Federal Bar Association at KU Law and holds certifications in Business Law, Commercial Law, and International Trade and Finance from KU Law.
Admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas (inactive), Hunter is an invaluable asset to our clients and the MHP Law Firm. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hiking in the mountains, and is a passionate gardener. Hunter also unwinds by playing video games in his free time.
